Now Offering a New Service
Kicking this one off with a great garden quote from Rosalie Muller Wright.
"January is the quietest month in the garden, but just because it looks quiet doesn't mean that nothing is happening. The soil, open to the sky, absorbs the pure rainfall while microorganisms convert tilled-under fodder into usable nutrients for the next crop of plants. The feasting earthworms tunnel along, aerating the soil and preparing it to welcome the seeds and bare roots to come."
I'm introducing a new service based on feedback from those of you who hire me for my professional standards, backed up by the quality of work and service I provide as your gardener. Most often I'm the guy who helps customers who are unsatisfied by work done by other vendors. Over the last 7 years living and working in the Rogue Valley I've learned to solve quality and delivery problems, by not bringing these issues onto your land in the first place.
In addition to projects in your garden, I'm now offering consultations teaching professional fundamentals (the ground works), customer service, maintaining your reputation, how to communicate with difficult customers, and the project management required to be outstanding. This may not be for you specifically, and if you know any organization or individual struggling with making their customers consistently happy with the quality of their work and service, or who can't figure out why their customer aren't happy… I can help figure out what the problem is and fix it when it's fixable.
I look forward to providing more value to the people and businesses in our community that want to be one of the best in their field.
