Making Your Plants Bloom!
One word: POTASSIUM.
Potassium is what make your plants bloom and produce more beautiful buds that turn into flowers. I love making things bloom and become more beautiful. Now let's talk about potassium and my favorite fertilizer to get your blooms flowin’!
Have you ever wondered why some people put banana peels into their garden beds? This is because of the high potassium content that releases and breaks down into the soil.
I like to use organic fertilizers instead of banana peels because it is less messy and easier to work into the soil. Throw your banana peels in your compost unless you feel compelled to play with putting banana peels into your soil.
It is also important to note that fertilizers high in both potassium and phosphorus with low nitrogen content are good to help drive deeper root growth. When Nitrogen dominates the fertilizer it encourages more surface rooting... creating more need for water.
This organic fertilizer is a formulated blend that will increase potassium and phosphorus to support vibrant colorful bloomage. It carries a 4-10-7 * N-P-K ratio. 4% Nitrogen {N} - low, with 10% Phosphorus {P} - high and leading, and 7% Potassium {K} - also high.
